The sea surrounding Hailuoto serves as walls for Museum of Natural Art – Anni Rapinoja.  The collection grows annually with 1-2 artwork. The museum collection will represent various artists both from Finland and abroad in which art speaks for nature on nature’s terms. The goal of the museum is also to broaden visitors relationship to forest and nature.

The museum cherishes the unique way artist Anni Rapinoja makes her art. The role of the artist is presented as nature’s colleague and assistant.

The Museum’s origin

Natural Art Museum – Anni Rapinoja was founded by group of culture oriented figures from Hailuoto. Museum was founded out if appreciation for Rapinoja’s way making art and for the love of Hailuoto unique nature.

Museum is run by non-profit association ArtAR.

The idea of the museum was born early 2019.
